Former farmhouse, probably 1700 (datestone). Hammer-dressed stone and stone slate roof. Two storeys. Two-unit plan with double chamfered stone mullion windows to each floor. There is a plain C19 doorway which interrupts the jamb of the left window and a chamfered doorway which makes use of the quoins at the right hand side. One of the jamb stones is lettered "GEMESE" (? for Emmott). A ruinous extension has similar massive jambs to a cart entry, one of which is lettered "GME 1700" Interior not inspected.
