Formerly one house, now 2 cottages. Dated 1704 with C20 alterations. Slobbered squared rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Left-hand bay is set back: C20 right-hand entrance, plank door. Left-hand ground floor - 4-light double chamfered mullioned window and hoodmould. Upper floor 3-light double chamfered mullioned window. Left-hand gable end kneeler and ridge stack. 2 bays to right: right-hand entrance has chamfered surround, basket arch dated and inscribed K W G, C20 door. To left is ground floor 4-light double chamfered mullioned window, hoodmould. Two 3-light double chamfered mullioned windows on upper floor. Windows have 2-pane casements and fixed lights. Right of centre ridge stack.
