Details
ST LEVAN TREBEHOR SW 32 SE 7/231 Trebehor Farm Cottage including - front garden walls, gate-piers and gate GV II Farmhouse. Circa late C18. Scantle slate roof with dressed granite stacks over the gable ends. Plan: 1½ rooms deep plan. Probably 2 rooms at the front (parlour on the left, wider kitchen/living room on the right) flanking a lobby entrance leading to stair and shallow rear service rooms, small outbuilding adjoining left of front. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south-south-east front with doorway (left of middle) central to fenestration. Original openings. Circa early C20 door. Circa late C19 or C20 6-pane horned sashes. Rear has doorway towards the left, window right of middle, first floor window left of middle and small stair window towards the right. Rectangular garden in front is bounded by low rubble walls and outbuildings on the left. Central gateway has round-headed granite monolithic gate-piers and C19 wrought-iron gate. Interior not inspected.
