MARSTON MORETAINE STATION ROAD Stone, known as the Devil's Toenail

Shaped stone, probably the remains of a medieval cross. Limestone. Consists of a stump of octagonal column, approximately half a metre high and 30 cm in diameter. Reset in C20 concrete. Included for its historic interest.
