ST KEVERNE SW 82 SW 4/113 Treloyan Cottage (previouslylisted as Treloyan 10 7 57 Farmhouse) II

Cottage, probably c18. Whitewashed rubble walls with steeply pitched asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys at gabled ends. Single depth, 2-cell with early extension to rear. 2 storeys, almost symmetrical, 3-window front. Partly glazed C19 central door with glazed gabled C20 porch. Flanked by 2-light C20 casement and 2-light horizontal sliding sash, both with glazing bars. Three 2-light horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars directly above ground floor openings. To rear, extension of rubble stone and cob with slate hoods over window openings. Fireplace on right withlarge timber lintel spanning width of room. Supported by inserted granite posts. Granite lintel to fireplace on left. Simple plank and muntin screen on ground floor.
