SK 19 69 PARISH OF ASHFORD IN THE WATER COURT LANE 11/27 (North Side) Honeysuckle Cottage GV II

Cottage. C17 with C19 alterations. Limestone and gritstone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof, on two levels. One stone gable end stack in centre of building. Two storeys, lower section to east. Irregular fenestration. C19 plank door under punched stone lintel with 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion window to east. To west C20 casement under C19 punched stone lintel. Beyond to west 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window with fourth light now blocked and single light recessed and chamfered window, both with C20 casements. Above C19 window roughly in centre of building. To east: recessed and chamfered mullion window with C19 casement. In west gable wall, 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window to first floor.
