SK 19 69 PARISH OF ASHFORD IN THE WATER GREAVES LANE 11/40 (East Side) Ivy House and attached Garden Wall GV II

House. Early C19. Coursed, squared limestone; gritstone dressings and quoins. Slate roof. Brick gable end stacks. Two storeys, two bays. Slightly off-centre flush doorcase with flat stone hood. Panelled door with two top panels glazed. To either side, 2-light flush mullion windows. Above, two similar windows. All fenestration,glazing bar sashes. Attached garden wall with large stone slab base. Hooped iron railings above. Plain wooden gate.
