- farmyard at Bosvathick Farm
GV II
Gate-piers, gate and walls to farmyard. Late C19. The 2 gate-piers at the north
east entrance to the farmyard are granite monoliths with pointed heads and the gate
is wrought-iron with diagonal bracing; the flanking walls are granite rubble and
adjoin the wash-horse (qv) to the left and the piggery (qv) to the right. Including
the granite rubble wall on the south east side of th yard, separating the farmyard
fron the garden of the farmhouse.
Part of a remarkably complete and unaltered late C19 farmstead built on the small
Bosvathick estate.
