Farmhouse and attached farmbuildings. Mid C18 farmhouse, altered in early C19, with attached early C19 cottage; mid C18 barn and early C19 farmbuildings. Farmhouse and cottage roughcast masonry and brick with renewed pantiled roofs and brick chimneys. Limestone rubble barn and brick farmbuildings with pantiled roofs.
2-storey, 4-bay farmhouse with lower 2-storey, 4-bay cottage attached to east. Farmhouse has C19 6-panel door and 3-pane overlight in third bay; mainly replaced 12- and 16-pane sashes; and 2-storey canted bay window to left of doorway. Left bay added in C20. Steeply-pitched roof has coped gables and shaped kneelers, right gable and ridge chimneys. Cottage has C20 enclosed porch in third bay and replaced 16-pane sashes; roof,has right gable chimney. Rear of farmhouse has 2 gabled wings with renewed fenestration.
U-plan range of farmbuildings, attached to rear of farmhouse and cottage, enclose stockyard. One-storey ranges to east and west are linked to 2-storey, 3-bay stone barn with altered openings. East and west ranges have 5 and 7 elliptical arches respectively, some arches now blocked, with square casements inserted. 2 end bays of west range, nearest farmhouse, were raised by one storey in late C19. Lean-to additions within stockyard and detached farmbuildings to rear not of special interest.
