Chest tomb. C18. Limestone slab on a granite rubble base. Large heavy lid on
shallow granite rubble chest. Dedication and verses on the sad early death of Lucia
Maria Young, eldest daughter of Captain Sir George Young of the Royal Navy, who died
at Penquite "under the hospitable roof of John Rashleigh" in 1786, aged 21 years.
