SK 16 NW PARISH OF MONYASH RAKES ROAD 5/150 (West Side) 12.7.1967 Chandlers (formerly listed as 'Park View') GV II
Farmhouse. Mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble, gritstone dressings and punched stone quoins. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers Plain eaves band. Two storeys, three bays. Central, flush, quoined doorcase with bracketed stone hood. Raised and fielded panelled door with thin fanlight over. To either side, glazing bar sashes in flush quoined surrounds. Three similar windows over.
