Public house. Mid C19. Painted ashlar render with plinth and painted ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with red ridge tiles. 2 storeys, 5 irregular bays. Public house front in 3 right bays has 4 pairs of pilasters with fluted capitals supporting entablature which has jewelled panels in frieze; central pairs frame double 6-panel doors and overlight. Wood mullioned-and-transomed C20 3-light windows in flanking bays; shaped panels in stallrisers and between outer pilasters. Wide 6-pane sash in first bay. First-floor sashes of varying shapes and late-C19 type have projecting stone sills. Old wrought iron sign bracket at right end; C20 wrought iron sign bracket between third and fourth bays. Roof, hipped at left, has front right end rendered chimney below ridge, and left end rear chimney. C20 rear addition not of interest.
