Details
GWINEAR-GWITHIAN REAWLA LANE SW 63 NW 5/45 Reawla House and Slate Villa - GV II House with adjoining cottage. Circa late C18 and early C19. Granite ashlar front to house, slate hanging to front of cottage. Concrete tile roof over house with brick chimneys over the original gable ends and grouted scantle slate roof over cottage with half hip to left. Plan: double depth plan : 2 rooms at front of house on right with central cross passage leading to stair between rear service rooms ; and 1 room at front of cottage, left, with axial passage of lobby entrance and service room beind. Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4 window south-east front with 1 window front of cottage, left, and symmetrical 3 window front of house with central doorway, right. House has C19 panelled door with overlight within C20 conservatory and circa early C20 2-pane horned sashes. Slightly older 6-pane horned sashes to cottage and at rear. Interior: not inspected.
