Cottage. C17, altered. Main bay to left is of flint with narrow brick dressings; half bay to right is of narrow brick with flint plinth. Old tile roof. Fine tall T-plan chimney to left, of narrow brick, with 'V' pilaster to left side and off-set head. Another small chimney to right. One storey and attic, one and half bays. C20 barred wooden casements, two-light to ground floor right, remainder three-light, upper windows in tile-hung gabled eaves-line dormers. Central C20 board door. Ground floor openings have all been altered. Small blocked rectangular openings to left and in left gable.
