House. Circa 1820 refronting of C18 building with later wing to rear. 1820 part is rendered and whitewashed, remainder whitewashed trick, Hipped old tile roof, rebuilt brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, band-course at first floor sill level, dentil eaves. Ground floor has shallow semi-circular arched recesses and moulded string at impost level of outer piers. Tall wooden windows to ground floor with horizontal glazing bars, those to centre French doors, the others sashes but matching in appearance. Shorter paired wooden casements in similar style to first floor. Each end has apse with 2 bays of similar windows, the ground floor of left apse altered to single larger opening. Rear block has 3-pane sashes, and C20 door and fanlight in brick arch to west. Later C19 rear extension has hipped slate roof, 2 storeys, and sash windows. Interior: reeded doorcases with rosettes at corners; staircase with stick balusters; good plaster ceiling frieze and white marble fireplace with paterae in ground floor room to right; similar fireplace in upper left room.
