- II
Holy well. Mediaeval origin, restored and dated 1852. Granite. Small well
building, built into the bank. Front has small 4-centred arched chamfered, doorway,
with C19 door with strap hinges, hood mould with Maltese cross over and inscription:
RESTORED 1852. Flanking rubble walls.
Interior: 2 steps down to the well, with slate shelf on the rear wall and niche in
the wall to left. Roof of flat granite slabs.
