House now shop. Circa early C18. Much altered in late C20. Stone rubble, with
rustic render known locally as 'Polperro ripple'. Slate roof with gable ends. Large
stone rubble chimney stack on left-hand gable end. Probably 2-room cross passage
plan, now gutted.
2 storeys, 2-window asymmetrical facade. Ground floor with 9-pane opening to left
and 12-pane opening to right. Part glazed C20 door between. Above, two 2-light
casements with glazing bars.
Interior altered.
