LADOCK SW 85 SE 1/24 Trendeal Farmhouse
GV II
Farmhouse. Early mid-C19. Shale rubble with granite quoins and dressings, asbestos slate roof and brick gable chimneys. 2 rooms wide and deep with small single storey gabled wing to left rear over back door. 2 storeys, 3 windows, central door with glazed porch. Slightly arched openings with granite voussoirs and projecting stepped keystones. All windows are 16-paned sashes without horns except 12-paned mid-floor central stair window to rear. External staged chimney breast to left has quandrant breast over projection to front with slate roof. Back kitchen has flue in same chimney breast but separate chimney. Interior not inspected but front left room has window shutters.
