House. Circa early to mid C19. Rendered stone rubble with slate roof with gable
ends. Brick chimney stack on right-hand gable end.
Plan altered but probably originally a 2-room plan with entrance at the front of the
higher left-hand and over a cellar at ground level at the lower right-hand end. The
cellar was probably originally a store but is now used as a kitchen. A stream flows
by the rear of the house.
2 storeys, and basement where ground drops down to right, 4-panel door to basement.
Ground floor with steps leading up to C19 4-panel door on left. Late C19 or C20 4-
pane sash to right. First floor with two original 12-pane sashes without horns.
Interior with C19 ceiling beams.
Exterior unaltered.
