Details
ROMALDKIRK B6277 NY 92 SE (West side) 10/144 Bland Nook GV II House, formerly 2 dwellings. Early C19. Squared sandstone rubble; stone-flagged roofs and stone chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 4 bays with flush quoins. Replaced door and overlight in second bay. Identical door and overlight, in flush surround with elongated top blocks, between bays 3 and 4. Replaced 4-pane sashes. Roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and ridge stacks with top bands and water tables. Probably re-set door lintel (inscribed: I A B 1734) in rear wall. 2-storey, one-bay gabled wing attached to rear of right return.
