ST ERTH TREWINNARD LANE SW 53 SW 6/260 Farm buildings at - approximately 50 metres west of Trewinnard Manor Farmhouse GV II
Waggon house and stables with granary over and adjoining former implement shed and stables. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Original grouted scantle slate roof over 2-storey part, right, otherwise replaced with asbestos slate. Plan: Long rectangular range. Original barn, right with waggon house right of middle, tack room left and stables far left and right with large granary over. Adjoining range on lower ground at left is slightly later C19. Single-storey former implement shed, originally partly open at the front, and single storey probably stables at far left. Exterior: Single-storey fronts, left, 2-storey front on right; north west front. Barn, right has wide waggon entrance, right of middle, doorway towards left with loading/winnowing doorway over and doorway left and right. 2 shuttered window openings left and towards right set under the eaves. The other fronts, left, have some openings altered in the C20. Former implement shed has wide central doorway with granite monolithic jambs. C20 ledged doors and C20 windows with glazing bars.
