LANSALLOS THE WARREN, (north side), Polperro SX 2050-2150 6/130 The Cot (previously listed as group including the Cot, Warren 21.8.64 Road) GV II

Terraced cottage. Circa late C18. Rendered and painted stone rubble with slate roof with gable ends. Rendered brick chimney stack on left-hand gable end. 1-room plan cottage in terrace, with entrance to right. Built into side of hill on solid rock with 3-storey asymmetrical 2-window front overlooking the harbour. C19 fenestration. Ground floor with 6-pane sash with brick segmental arch. Stone rubble porch with slate lean-to roof to right. C20 door. Above 6-pane sash with brick segmental arch and rectangular C20 window to right. Second floor with 6-pane sash above those on ground and first floor. Most unaltered house in terrace of 4. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
