House. C18 extended later C18. Timber framed, plaster rendered and pebble
dashed to side walls. Tiled roof and original red brick stack at right
angles to the ridge. Two storeys and attic. Two mid C19 hung sashes at
first floor. Two similar windows at ground floor, one with adjacent
doorway. The outshut at the rear of one room is contemporary. This was
extended across the other bay late in C18. Red brick lean to roof. The shop
to the north east end is c.1900 with original glazing bars. Inside: Original
abutting inglenook fireplaces, one sealed. Stop chamfered joists and
mainbeam and original newel staircase at north side of the chimney.
