GV II
Farmhouse, now private house. Probably C18, extended in circa mid C19 although
possibly with earlier origins. Stone rubble with dressed quoins. Rag slate roof
with hipped end on left and gable end on right. Brick end stack on right with brick
side lateral stack on left.
Plan: Plan uncertain, possibly 'L' shaped with mid C19 range returning to rear to
form a 'U' shaped plan. Internal arrangement not know.
Exterior: 2-storeys. 3-window asymmetrical front elevation and 1:3 asymmetrical.
side elevation with early C19 16-pane sashes with granite lintels to openings. C19
lean-to extension on front right and C20 conservatory on side.
Interior: Not accessible at time of survey (1986).
