Two cottages; late C16 and early C18 with C19 alterations. Timber-framed and plastered. Plastered plinth. Thatched and pantiled roofs. One storey and attics, west end of No. 20 two storeyed. No. 20 and part of No. 18 to west one original building with a C16 lobby entry three unit plan; No. 18 with end stacks has a two unit plan with lobby entry to the west. Both cottages were altered in C19 to form a row of three dwellings. Two red brick ridge stacks and end stack to right hand. Six ground floor windows of various sizes with glazing bars. Two boarded doors. Three dormer windows and one attic window with horizontal sliding sashes. Pargetted decoration C20. Interiors have exposed timber-frames and floor frames and original hearths.
