House, early to mid C18. Timber-framed and plastered with painted brick. Plain tiled roof. End stack and parapet gable to left hand. Two storeys with attics and cellar. Wooden, moulded eaves cornice with six fire rings. Brick band between floors, brick plinth. Main entrance possibly repositioned in C19. One large C20 shop window replacement with glazing bars to left hand of recessed six-panelled door with pediment, four-paned fixed light window to right hand. Two twelve-paned C19 hung sash windows with flush frames (one original C18 cross-framed casement window in rear elevation). Two hipped casement dormer windows. Interior: C18 cupboard doors and panelling surrounding chimney at both floor levels of rooms to east. C18 panelled seats to windows, some C18 doors (qv The Manor House, Green Lane).
