7/20 Leigh chest tomb adjacent to south - south side of chancel of Church of St Winifred GV II

Chest tomb. Dated 1714 in memory of Mary Leigh. Beerstone ashlar. Chest tomb with plain sides and hollow-chamfered base and flat lid. The south side is inscribed with Roman serif upper and lower case lettering and it records the death of Mary Leigh with an epitaph.
