Lee chest tomb approximately 7/23 400 millimetres south of porch of - Church of St Winifred GV II
Chest tomb. Dated 1658 in memory of William Lee. Beerstone ashlar. Chest tomb. The base, if any, is buried. It has plain sides with a soffit-moulded flat lid. The south side is inscribed with Roman serif upper and lower case lettering. it records the death of William Lee in 1658 and includes a charming epitaph. In the north end an inscription records the death of his wife Charity in 1708, aged 94.
