II
Farmhouse. Probably mid C19. Stone rubble, the rear elevation rendered, bitumen painted slate roof, hipped at ends; end stacks with brick shafts. Plan: Double depth plan, 2-rooms wide with a central entrance, principal rooms to the front, rear service rooms. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a C19 central gabled porch and a 4-panel C19 front door with a glazed overlight. Original small-pane casement windows, 3-light to the ground, 2-light to the first floor, all with segmental brick archs. The rear elevation has a rear centre porch and also preserves in original windows. Interior: Not inspected, but may preserve original features. A C19 farmhouse with all its external features intact.
