4/40 Wycongill Farmhouse 16.11.1954 - II
House, late C17th. Rendered rubble with sandstone dressings and stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Windows are mullioned with outer chamfer and inner hollow chamfer. On each side of the porch on the ground floor is a 6-light window with hood. On each side on the 1st floor is a 5-light window. The 1st floor of the porch oversails and has a 4-light window. The door has a moulded surround with Tudor-arched head. Gable copings. There is a chimney to the right of the door and a projecting stack on the left-hand gable. Inside, the left-hand room has a wide chamfered fire- place with segmental head and common ceiling joists with chamfers, stops, and scribed mouldings.
