5/57 Woolley Lodge, 1600 metres south - west of Arlington Court
GV II
Small gate lodge to Arlington Court in Arlington Parish (q.v). Early C19 stucco with banded rustication and slate roof. Cruciform single storey plan with central stack. Neoclassical design with symmetrical facade. Central projecting porch of pair of columns in antis flanked by square pilasters. Half-glazed door of 3 panes and glazed margins. Deep cornice with blocking course and stepped stone parapet with blind panel. Casements to either side of porch and in each bay have fish- scale design. East and west ends have similar single casements and porch surrounds but with pair of square columns in antis. The entrance steps mirror the stepped parapet.
