GV II
House, c.1850. Amber gault brickwork to front wall with gault brick to side walls. Slate roof and end stacks. Two storeys. Symmetrical front elevation of three recessed bays in eliptical gauged brick arched heads. Each bay has flush frame hung sash with margin lights. Central doorway with plain pilasters, frieze and narrow cornice as canopy. Left hand gable end wall has a stone panel, possibly for the date, but now indecipherable.
