SD 45 SE COCKERHAM A588 12/69 Laund House (previously listed 2.5.1968 as the Launds)
- II
House, early C19th. Rendered with slate roof. A symmetrical composition of 2 storeys and 3 bays, with cornice and central pediment. Windows modern with plain stone surrounds. Door similar under a porch supported on fluted antae. Gable chimneys. On each side of the facade are single-storey flanking walls, each having a Venetian opening with plain stone surround comprising a door flanked by windows.
