(Formerly listed as South-Western Farmhouse, PARK LANE (off) Lower Highfield)

House, probably later C18th. Sandstone rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys
at the north side, with a cellar entered from the south at a lower ground
level. The present doorway is in the north wall, with a C17th 4-light
rebated and chamfered mullioned window, re-used and inverted, to the right.
Cellar has 2 doorways in the north wall with dressed stone surrounds and
segmental heads. The ground and 1st floor windows have a shallow chamfer,
all formerly of 3 lights but now with a central mullion, 2 on each floor.
Between the windows on the ground floor is a blocked window to the left
and a blocked door architrave of C18th type, now containing a window.
