Former offices to Maltings. c.1850. Coursed squared limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roofs with raised stone coped gables, 2 ashlar gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storey, 7 bay front, the left hand 3 bays are arranged with the central bay recessed, having cill bands and hoods, pinnacled gable, flanked by stepped parapets. Central open Tudor vehicular archway with planked double doors, to left a tripartite doorway comprising planked pointed door flanked by single cupsed ogee lights, seaweed carving in the spandrels and plain overlight, flanked in turn by single 3 light mullioned and transomed windows with cusped heads to the lights. To first floor is a single cusped light, flanked by single similar triple windows. Above the central archway is a simple 3 light louvred opening and a gable. To the right is a central Tudor arched planked door with chamfered surround and moulded hood, flanked by single 2 light mullioned windows. The upper floors each have 3 similar windows, the topmost being louvred. Corbelled and diamond set wall stack to top left.
