Detached cottage, possibly built as two. Early C18. Rendered rubble, some exposed ground floor, left; thatched roof. Two storeys, 3 windows, all small 2-light casements with horizontal bars, but one at ground floor, left, with small panes, all to wood lintels, and to slight eyebrows at first floor. Off- centre right a slate roofed lean-to porch. Gable stacks, roof swept down right side at back. Interior has 2 stairs, including a stone spiral to right gable end. Cottage lies on track leading from Bigbury Green.
