Cottage. Mid C17 with C20 alterations. Rubble, painted stone dressings, c1984 tile roof, brick central ridge stack. Two storeys, two bays. Left-hand entrance has plain surround; c1950 door. To right C18 ground floor and upper floor two-light window with recessed flat-faced mullions; C20 casement on ground floor; eight-pane sashes on upper floor. Right-hand bay has 1985 two-light window in each storey. Right-hand quoins. Included for group value.
