GV II
House. C17, with some late C18 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame on stone plinth, partly clad in brick, roof of Cotswold stone and machine tile roofs. U-plan, flush to street, with stack to right of main range with exposed wall of coursed rubble and ashlar quoins and diamond-plan shaft. Also an external rubble stack to left-hand return wall. Two storeys; gabled cross-wings. Three windows: 3-light casements, the two outer ones with wedge lintels of brick, the central one just breaking the eaves with a shallow lean-to roof. The entrance is to the left of centre under a flat canopy with a C20 ledged and boarded door. Framing: exposed to side and rear walls, three square panels high with straight angle braces.
