Farmhouse. Early C18 with some late C19 alterations. Ashlar with hipped Cotswold stone roof, stacks to side walls. Two storeys with attic lit by two dormers containing horizontally sliding sashes, modillioned cornice. Three windows: two 16-pane boxed sashes flank a boxed glazing bar sash, all with keystones. Central entrance has a flat canopy, fanlight and half- glazed door. Interior not inspected. Stands on the site of a grange of Evesham Abbey.
