GV II
Lodge, 1839 by George Webster. Ashlar with slate roof. Single storey cruciform building with pediments to all gables, but only the projection facing the drive has an order, Ionic distyle in antis. Panelled pilaster strips to the other corners. Shouldered architraves to most windows, which are sashes with all glazing bars, and coupled round-headed windows to each side of the wing with the portico. Central chimney with two decorated flues.
