House, now shop and offices. Mid-C18 with some mid-C19 alterations, restored 1969. Brick with hipped tile roof, gable end stacks; three storeys: modillioned stone cornice, advanced quoined and pedimented central bay; 1 + 2 + 1 windows; outer windows Venetian, each with central Gothick glazed sash flanked by 8-pane sashes under heads with rusticated voussoirs, central two windows are boxed glazing bar sashes with stepped voussoirs to flat arched heads; second floor: as first floor, but 9-pane sashes to centre, and Venetian windows similarly reduced; ground floor: to left-hand side window to right: boxed glazing bar sash, to left half-glazed door under blind overlight, both with stepped voussoirs to flat arched head, to central bay a moulded wooden cornice over two entrances, one slightly off-centre left is flanked by 4-pane sashes, and has a 2-pane overlight and half-glazed door, to right corner an entrance with moulded architrave, 3-pane overlight and half-glazed door; to right: boxed glazing bar sash to left, entrance to right has 3-pane overlight and half-glazed door; both have stepped voussoirs to flat arches.
