GV II

House. C17, with C18 and C20 alterations. Square panelled timber-framing with painted brick infill on sandstone rubble plinth; part Bradstone slate and part Welsh slate roof. Two bays with raised roof aligned east/west with further two bays to east. Large lateral stack to rear and entrance to south front. Two-storey section to left with two 2-light C20 glazing bar casement windows at first floor, large 3-light window to left and 12-pane glazing bar sash window to right of C20 door with gabled canopy. Single-storey section to right with 3-light glazing bar casement window and ledged door to right. (RCHM, Vol III, p 165, item 25).
