Cottage. Probably later C18 altered and extended C19. Coursed rubblestone, pantile roof. L-shaped plan.
Two storeys, two bays, the left-hand bay being half-depth only. Quoins. Central board door with canted, multi-pane, flat roofed-window to right, and sashes with glazing bars to left and first floor. Openings have plain stone lintels and the windows projecting sills. Ashlar coping. Stacks at right end and on ridge near left end which has mono-pitch roof. Included for group value.
