- II
House. Early C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered infill, shallow-pitched Welsh slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; external rubble chimney with offsets and rebuilt brick stack at west gable end. Two storeys. Framing: four rows of square panels from sill to wall-plate, some long straight braces in lower corners, tie-beam truss with raking struts at west gable end, king-post truss at east gable end. South elevation: ground floor has two pairs of 2-light casements with plank weatherings; 2-light first floor casement. Interior not inspected, but framing noted as being mainly intact. A C19 wing adjoins the north elevation with a lean-to C20 addition at its north gable end in which is situated the present main entrance.
