House, now flats. 1735, with late C19 and some mid-C20 alterations. Brick with hipped tile roof. Three storeys, stone coped parapet; five windows: boxed glazing bar sashes, the outer two and the central window blind, all with segmental heads; second floor: 9-pane boxed sashes under rubbed brick heads, blind windows as below; ground floor: four windows, boxed glazing bar sashes under segmental heads, that to left blind; central entrance approached by three stone steps has a pilastered wooden doorcase, a C20 lean-to canopy on wooden brackets and a C20 glazed door; lead drainpipe to left of central window is of square section with decorative fixing plates, rainwater head inscribed: "1735/ B / IA".
