13/7 Arnewood Manor Farmhouse
GV II
Farmhouse. C17, possibly earlier core, rebuilt C18, extended C19. Brick, some blue header decoration, thatch roof, slate roof to C19 part. Irregular 2 storey, 3 bay and passage bay, at one end low C19 service addition. Front has to LH of centre hipped, brick porch with planked doors. To LH 3-light casement renewed C20. To RH 12-pane and off-set large C19 16-pane sash. At 1st floor level across facade 3 S-shaped tie plates. On 1st floor 3 C19 6-pane square sashes. LH wall older. Gable walls, stack at RH end and C17 external stack at LH end. C19 hipped single storey addition to LH end with 2-light casement and stack to it built against external stack.
