Prince of Wales Column about 200 yards north-east of Hagley Hall

Statue on column. Mid- to late C18. Ashlar. Plinth has moulded base and cornice, is vermiculated and stands about five feet high; on the front west face is a fleur-de-lys relief. On it stands a Corinthian column about 50 feet high which supports a statue of the Prince of Wales in Roman military dress. The column is situated at the top of a slope which rises to the north-east of Hagley Hall (qv).
