2. 1898, by Basil Champneys. In the Baroque style. Red brick with Bath stone. Two storeys, nine bay front. In the centre is a recessed loggia with double Tuscan columns. Heavy Baroque features, tower, balconies. Double gable slate roof.
All the listed buildings in College Street form a group.
