Nos. 1 to7 (consecutive), and iron railings to entrance steps

Terrace of 7 dwellings, now flats. 1850-51, with later alteration. By
Henry Spink. Brick, stuccoed; slate roof; stucco and rendered stacks.
3 storeys, basement and attic. Each house has 2 bays, the end bays
articulated by giant Corinthian pilasters on rusticated ground floor,
carrying eaves entablature. 4-panel double doors with overlight, approached
by cantilevered flights of steps. To left, tripartite sashes, one now
altered to full-height bow. Bracketed cornices to first floor sashes, with
bracketed pediments to end bays. Eared architraves to 2nd floor. 1st and
2nd floor string courses. C20 dormers to attic. Return fronts: pedimented
temple fronts with 4-panel double doors under scrolled console cornices.
Ramped-up railings survive to each flight of entrance steps.
