Details
APPLETON ROEBUCK MAIN STREET SE 54 SE (north side) 5/10 The Maltings GV II House. Early C19 with later additions and alterations including ranges to rear and re-roofing. Pinkish-brown brick with grey cast-tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance a 6-fielded-panel door with fanlight with radial glazing with panelled reveals and soffit. Pilastered door-case with frieze and modillion hood. Ground floor has canted bays with 12 and 8-pane sashes, continuous stone sills and modillion hoods. First floor has 12-pane sashes under cambered arches and with stone sills. End stacks.
